Fyts (“we”) operates fyts.ai. This page explains what we collect on the waitlist and how we use it.

When you join the waitlist, we store the answers you submit (email, role, optional timeline, towns, property type, child-under-6 preference, address you are considering, and what you would pay per address) so we can contact you about early access. We do not sell your information.

We may also store technical details needed to run the form securely (for example a truncated user agent and the page you submitted from).

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated page traffic, and it records a custom waitlist_submit event (with the role you selected: buyer, buyer’s agent, or other) when the waitlist form succeeds. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to be cookieless and privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies or similar tracking technology for analytics, and it is meant to report aggregated usage rather than identify a person. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous page performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and the page URL so we can improve site performance; Speed Insights does not collect or store information that would identify you. The waitlist_submit event itself is not a name or email; role alone does not identify you. On fyts.ai we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits; GA4 sets cookies such as _ga. We may set a first-party fyts_internal flag (cookie and/or localStorage) so our own internal visits can be labeled in GA4; that flag is not used to identify you as a waitlist user. Separately, the waitlist answers you type (including email) are stored as described above so we can contact you about early access.

We use Sentry to collect error information (such as error messages and browser or device details) so we can fix bugs.

To delete your waitlist entry or ask a privacy question, email hi@fyts.ai.
